Lisa Morgione
Hello! I’m AnnaLisa (“Lisa”) Morgione. I am a mindfulness-based mental health counselor who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), and Neuro Emotional Techniques (NET) to compassionately attend to pain, trauma, depression, anxiety and grieving. I currently work with individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and up. My demeanor tends to be warm, gentle and connecting. My approach is honest, respectful and without judgment of you and the issues that are bringing you to therapy. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of self-care and improvement.
